Why Richard?

Richard first qualified as a counsellor and started voluntary counselling with the Dublin AIDS Alliance in 1996. He continues working with now-named HIV Ireland to this day.He has studied diverse therapeutic models including Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Systemic Counselling, NLP & CBT to develop an eclectic methodology which is an effective combination of pragmatic, gentle and solution-focussed.After spending four years as the in-house therapist at Google and as a guest lecturer at UCD, he now offers a discreet private consultancy practice.
